Overview

What Kybernos does for your school

An end-to-end process from selection to assignment — instead of scattered forms, spreadsheets and one-off conversations.

Organise course selection digitally

Run electives and course selection centrally rather than via forms, spreadsheets and individual requests.

Transparent evaluation and assignment

Clear rules, structured results and a consistent workflow for everyone involved.

One system for every role

Students, teachers and school administration work together in a shared, role-based process.

How it works

From selection to assignment in three steps

01

Configure the selection

Define the selection round, rules and options centrally.

02

Capture choices digitally

Students submit their choices in a structured way within the system.

03

Evaluate, review and release

The system calculates a suggestion. A teacher or school administrator reviews it, can change it, and then releases the result.

Focus on content instead of lists — digital submissions, evaluations and assignments.

Security

Data protection and operational security

A short overview of key measures. For details, see our privacy policy.

TLS-encrypted transmission

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which schools is Kybernos built for?

Kybernos is aimed exclusively at secondary schools, school authorities and other institutional customers running elective and course selection in the upper school (basic/advanced courses) — not at consumers.

How does a demo work?

After your request we get in touch to schedule a session. We walk you through the workflow from the perspectives of students, teachers and school administration.

Who sets up the system?

Schools largely set up the system themselves. We can support with election setup depending on what is agreed.

Which roles exist?

Students, teachers and school administration. Each role only sees and edits what it is meant to. Student accounts work without email; staff sign in with email. Two-factor authentication can be required depending on the role.

How do students sign in?

Via the “Students” tab: school code and username from the access slip. On first use they enter the activation code and choose their own password. A forgotten password is reset with a school-issued code, not by email.
